English NHS trust reviewing death certificates

One English NHS trust has told us that it is reviewing all death certificates which it has issued over an 18-day period in April to ensure that Covid-19 has been appropriately recorded.

This, after a campaigning group launched a legal challenge over whether the deaths were being correctly certified.
