The Prime Minister says his threat of a no deal Brexit helps strengthen our negotiating position with the EU. However the sense in Europe is different.
“We will of course stick to the Withdrawal Agreement and the backstop is an integral part of the Withdrawal Agreement. Compatible alternative choices can be presented. We will certainly explore them, but so far there are none on my table,” Finnish Europe Minister Tytti Tuppurainen told Channel 4 News.
