‘Evacuation takes time and we’re taking that into consideration’, says IDF spokesperson

We spoke to Masha Michelson, who’s a spokesperson for the Israeli Defence Forces. She’s based in Tel Aviv and just before the interview she had to run and take shelter after sirens sounded in the city.

We began by asking her about the IDF’s order for more than one million people living in Northern Gaza to evacuate and move south.
