Exclusive: Why frontline health workers may not be tested for coronavirus even if they have symptoms

This programme has seen a Public Health England document indicating that not all health care and other essential workers with symptoms will be tested because there simply isn’t the capacity to do so – with testing prioritised in order of clinical need.
