Exit polls suggest Syriza on course to lose Greek elections

Exit polls in today’s snap parliamentary election in Greece suggest that the conservative opposition leader Kyriakos Mitsotakis has won a majority of the seats. Official results won’t be in for several hours but the ruling socialists faced a stiff challenge to win round voters fed up with tax rises and spending cuts.
