Facebook under pressure over leaked internal documents from whistleblower

The social media giant Facebook has been coming under intense scrutiny over allegations that it’s put profit above protecting its millions of users and combating hateful and abusive content, although the firm has denied the claims and posted better than expected profits.

But it’s now under even more pressure, thanks to a vast cache of leaked internal documents from the whistleblower Frances Haugen.
