Families call on Welsh government to hold inquiry into handling of the pandemic

Families in Wales who lost loved ones during the Covid pandemic have been meeting the First Minister Mark Drakeford – calling for a public inquiry into how the crisis was handled.

It came as the Welsh Senedd Conservative leader announced he was taking a break from politics to deal with the mental health impact of his own struggle with Covid.
