FCA launches probe into RBS treatment of small business

The Financial Conduct Authority has launched a further investigation over the way Royal Bank of Scotland allegedly mistreated thousands of small business customers during the financial crisis.

The new probe was launched as it published a long-awaited report into the activities of RBS’s controversial GRG unit.
