We have been following one woman’s escape from her home in the city.
Olha Smolyk was forced to pack up her two young sons and leave when Russian troops invaded.
Her only family is her sister who lives in Kent.
She managed to help with some of the logistics for her sister’s route out of Ukraine, but Olha had to get her boys to the border on her own.
