Former BHS boss guilty over pensions data

Now Just a few minutes ago the man at the helm of the retailer BHS when it collapsed was handed a criminal conviction for failing to comply with regulators.

Dominic Chappell had been asked to provide information to the pensions regulator as part of its investigation into how the chain went bust back in 2016.
