Former Weinstein assistant says gagging orders ‘morally lacking’

Harvey Weinstein’s former assistant Zelda Perkins has told MPs a gagging order she says she was forced to sign when she left his company was “morally lacking in every way”. Parliament’s women and equalities committee is investigating the use of non-disclosure agreements, or NDAs, which critics say often create a damaging culture of secrecy .
