Fox rules out customs union with EU

The International Trade Secretary Liam Fox has set out his vision of Britain’s trade policy after Brexit, insisting that Britain must leave the customs union to take advantage of global economic growth outside the EU. But the former top civil servant at his department compared Mr Fox’s plan to swapping a three-course meal for the promise of a bag of crisps.
