Full public inquiry ordered into Grenfell Tower disaster

Theresa May has ordered a full public inquiry into the west London tower block fire. The blackened hulk of what was once the home of more than 400 people stands witness to a monumental failure in the provision of safe public housing. This in a borough where property prices are the highest in Britain.
