Great Barrier Reef: Could cloud brightening slow impact of coral bleaching?

Australia’s Great Barrier Reef is under threat as warming summer temperatures threaten mass bleaching events, a reaction to excessive heat which weakens or even destroys the coral.

Sarah Clarke has been to Queensland to hear from a team of scientists, who are trialing ways to buy more time for the world’s biggest coral reef system.
