Grenfell new revelations – did window renovations contribute to spread of fire?

This week Channel 4 News has exclusively revealed details of combustible materials that were used in the cladding at Grenfell Tower when it was renovated last year.

Now a new question: Did the refurbishment create air spaces between the new windows and the building’s original walls that increased the fire’s ability to spread rapidly?
