Hindu and Muslim communities call for violence to end after Leicester unrest

Members of the Hindu and Muslim communities in Leicester have called for an end to “provocation and violence” in the city – after widespread scenes of unrest.

One man has been jailed and dozens of others were arrested when tension escalated at the weekend.
