Home Secretary pledges millions to help tackle knife crime problem

The Home Secretary, Sajid Javid, says the key to tackling the knife crime problem is to support projects that draw young people away from criminal gangs. He visited Brixton in south London this morning with Cressida Dick, the Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police, as he promised £17 millon as part of an early intervention youth fund.
