Investigating sexual violence during Hamas October attack

Israel is still a nation reeling from the trauma of the 7th October attacks, when around 1,200 people, mainly civilians, were killed by Hamas. Now more disturbing details are coming to the fore of horrific sexual violence perpetrated during the attacks.

The police say they’ve gathered hundreds of testimonies from eyewitnesses and first responders relating to the abuse. While Israel has accused international women’s groups of remaining silent about it.
