How will MPs vote on assisted dying bill on Friday?

Tomorrow, MPs must decide which side to take in one of the most significant debates they will face in this parliament – whether to allow assisted dying for terminally ill adults.

It is a free vote, which is why cabinet ministers are publicly stating their opposing views.

But with more than half of all MPs newly elected to Parliament in July, it could be those brand new members who determine whether the law should change.
