Huddersfield grooming gang convicted of raping and abusing girls

Twenty men have been convicted of serious sexual offences, after a “campaign of rape and other sexual abuse” against vulnerable young girls in the Huddersfield area. A judge at Leeds Crown Court today lifted reporting restrictions on three separate trials, allowing the convictions to be reported for the first time.
