Hundreds feared dead after Papua New Guinea landslide

Hundreds of people are feared dead after a landslide levelled a remote village in Papua New Guinea, burying families alive.

A mountainside collapsed in the early hours of Friday. burying more than 300 people and over a thousand houses in the isolated Enga province, 600 kilometres from the capital Port Moresby. Rescue efforts are being hampered by difficult terrain and damage to roads.
