Hurricane Dorian: Thousands of people still waiting to be rescued

Search and rescue teams are still battling to reach some isolated communities in the Bahamas – cut off by floods and debris in the wake of Hurricane Dorian.  43 people are now known to have died – a figure expected to rise far higher. The British Navy has joined the United Nations and the US government to send in food, water, generators and other essential supplies.
