IDF dismisses two senior officers over killing of aid workers

The IDF admitted to multiple errors as it laid out how it killed seven aid workers with three drone strikes on three cars on Tuesday night.

It was not enough for the aid agency World Central Kitchen who say Israel’s military shouldn’t be investigating itself, or for those asking how many children and civilians have been wrongly killed in the same way, nor it seems for the British government.

The Foreign Secretary Lord Cameron said Israel must follow up its report with “a wholly independent review”.
