Iran’s Raisi pledges to continue nuclear talks but won’t meet President Biden

Iran’s President-elect Ebrahim Raisi has said diplomats will continue with negotiations to reach a nuclear deal but that he won’t meet President Joe Biden.  At his first press conference, the hardliner, who is due to take office in August, also said Iran’s ballistic missile programme was “non-negotiable”.
