Israel government working in ‘full cooperation’ with IDF, Netanyahu insists

Amid growing reports of divisions within the Israeli government over the potential ground offensive into Gaza, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s office has issued a joint statement together with the IDF and the defence ministry insisting they share “close and full cooperation”.

All this as one new opinion poll claims the Israeli public are increasingly dissatisfied with Mr Netanyahu’s leadership.
