Israel Hamas war: IDF back on the attack in northern Gaza

Gaza has been witnessing some of the most intense fighting for weeks as the Israeli Defence Forces re-entered Jabalia refugee camp in the north.

To the south, Israeli troops have continued to push into the city of Rafah, ordering residents to evacuate the area.

A UN marked car there came under fire, killing one UN staff member and injuring another.
