Israelis mark a year since Nova festival massacre

Israel is a nation still gripped by deep shock and mourning.

The 7th of October is a date forever etched into the national consciousness.

It’s exactly a year since nearly 1,200 people were killed when Hamas stormed the border – many of whom were young people, gunned down at a music festival.

And 101 people are still being held hostage inside Gaza.
