Italy virus deaths continue to soar

The number of deaths in Italy are continuing to soar – latest figures show more than 790 people have died in the last 24 hours, another record high.

The numbers testing positive rose more than 6,500 since yesterday.

There’s also been a surge in cases in Spain – now the third worst affected country in the world.
