ITN publishes gender pay gap

It has disclosed that men working here are on average paid nearly 20% more than women. Chief Executive John Hardie told our Business Editor Siobhan Kennedy he would cut the gap in half within five years by nurturing female talent and aim to ensure that half of all senior roles are occupied by women.
