If the political chaos of the last year has benefited anyone, it’s probably the comedian Rosie Holt.

Her viral videos – in which she takes on the persona of floundering MPs during TV interviews – instantly struck a chord with a public exasperated by a seeming collapse in the quality of political discourse.

Now, she’s trying to convert online followers into a live audience with a new stand-up show.
