Jill Furmanovsky honoured with Abbey Road Music Photography Icon Award

From the Rolling Stones and Pink Floyd, to Blonde and Oasis.

For five decades, Jill Furmanovsky has been photographing the biggest names in rock music.

As a teenage Beatles fan, she kicked off her illustrious career getting shots of Paul McCartney on her Kodak Instamatic while standing outside his house with her friends.

Now she’s being honoured for her work – winning this year’s Abbey Road Music Photography Icon Award.
