Jubilation as Chibok school girls reunited with families

Washington Correspondent

There have been scenes of jubilation in Nigeria after 82 of the so-called Chibok school girls kidnapped by the extremist group Boko Haram were reunited with their parents.

They were part of a group of 276 abducted three years ago. There are reports that a ransom was paid to secure their release, something the Nigerian government has denied.
