Jubilee Day 3: Thousands of street parties across UK

22,000 people will gather outside Buckingham Palace tonight for an open air concert to celebrate the Platinum Jubilee, with the Queen joining the millions watching from home.

But before all of that, members of the Royal Family have been out and about around the UK, including Belfast and Cardiff, which is hosting its own concert later.
