Julian Assange can be extradited to US, says court

Julian Assange can be extradited to the United States, according to a new legal ruling.

The High Court overturned an earlier decision that he should not be sent to the US to face charges relating to the WikiLeaks publication of documents about the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq.

It’s believed Mr Assange intends to take his case to the Supreme Court.
