Kim’s Convenience: hit sitcom comes to London stage

Behind every worker in a convenience store is a “life full of dignity, joy and dreams”. That’s the message behind the groundbreaking play Kim’s Convenience – by the Canadian Korean actor and writer Ins Choi. The story became a hit sitcom, bringing Korean culture to audiences around the world.

We’ve been talking to Ins Choi and director Esther Jun, ahead of the play’s debut in London next week.
