Labour pledges to cut net migration as Tories announce GP plan

Matt Frei: ‘Labour has denied reports it’s offering peerages to former MPs so it can parachute so-called “Starmtroopers” – Keir Starmer’s chosen candidates – into their seats. A number of left-wing candidates have allegedly been blocked from standing in what some are calling a party purge of Corbynistas.
