Labour vote share down in multiple Muslim majority areas

Labour may have secured that huge majority but there have been a few upsets.

Last night, the Labour front bencher Jon Ashworth lost his seat to pro-Gaza independent Shockat Adam, while across the country the Labour vote was down by as much as 15% in seats with sizeable Muslim electorates.
