Labour’s anti-Semitism row deepens

Reporter

The Shadow Foreign Secretary Emily Thornberry has called on Labour to end the “soap opera” over anti-Semitism – saying they should be dealing with the issue properly rather than “go for” former party officials who blew the whistle about their experiences in the complaints team.

Ms Thornberry also said Labour “must and will” campaign “unequivocally for a second referendum on Brexit – and in that referendum for Britain to remain in the EU”.
