Laughing Boy: New play tells the tragic tale of Connor Sparrowhawk

Connor Sparrowhawk was nicknamed ‘laughing boy’ by his family, who say he brought happiness to those around him.

He had autism, and at 18-years-old he drowned in a bath at an NHS care unit following a seizure.

His family fought for an inquest, which found his death was preventable but for the neglect of those responsible for his care.
