2mLiberty accuses MI5 and GCHQ of breaching human rights
A major legal challenge to the government’s widespread surveillance powers has begun in the High Court.
The human rights campaign group Liberty and the National Union of Journalists claim the state is breaching the privacy of all British citizens by the way it gathers, stores and uses their information on the grounds of national security.
