London Mayor Sadiq Khan rolls out Ultra Low Emissions Zone in response to ‘emergency health crisis’

Today the London Mayor rolled out what he says is the world’s toughest permanent ULEZ – Ultra Low Emissions Zone.

Waving aside protests from road transport groups, he declared diesel emissions in the capital an emergency health crisis and claimed new London charges will roll out across the UK.
