More details have emerged about the deaths of two young people in the sea off Bournemouth beach.
The 17-year-old boy from Southampton and a 12-year-old girl from Buckinghamshire were pulled from the water near the pier but died later in hospital.
Eight other swimmers were treated on the beach which was packed with people on half-term holiday.
