Man arrested over killing of Nigerian street vendor filmed by bystander

Police in Italy have arrested a man for the alleged murder of a disabled Nigerian street vendor.

The attack was filmed by a bystander and is all the more shocking, as no-one stepped in to try to stop the deadly assault.

We were joined by Dr Angelica Pesarini, an assistant professor at the University of Toronto. She is an expert in race and Italian studies.
