Manchester buzzing during Bee in the City

It’s a public art installation which has attracted plenty of visitors this summer: more than a hundred giant statues of bees, placed around Manchester city centre, each created by a different artist to celebrate the many aspects of Manchester’s history and culture. Later this year many of them will be auctioned off for charity, and we have been to see them before they go.
