May in Scotland as party licks its wounds over English local election losses

After a terrible night for the Conservatives in English local elections, Theresa May hasn’t exactly been feeling the love in other parts of the Union today either. After being heckled during her speech at the Welsh Conservative conference, she then went up to Scotland, where the Scottish Conservative leader Ruth Davidson said voters had essentially told the Tories and Labour: “A plague on both your houses.”
