May says lasts week’s Brexit deal was ‘good news’

Last week’s deal on the first phase of Brexit was good news for worried people on both sides of the argument, Theresa May has told MPs. And she has written a letter to “all the EU citizens living in the UK” reassuring them that they will have their rights written into UK law after Brexit. But just how binding is the agreement?
