Meghan wins privacy legal battle with Mail on Sunday publisher

The Duchess of Sussex has won the latest round of her legal battle with the Mail on Sunday for breaching her privacy.

The Court of Appeal ruled that the newspaper should not have published a letter she sent to her estranged father, which she described as “personal and private”.

In a statement released shortly after the judgement, Meghan said it was “a victory not just for her, but for anyone who has felt scared to stand up for what is right”.
