Met Office issues yellow weather warning for southern England

The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning across southern England – with the risk of more flooding, power cuts and travel disruption.

Parts of Worcester are underwater and some residents along the River Trent have been evacuated from their homes – as Nottinghamshire County Council declared a major incident over the risk of flooding.
