Met Police officer referred to prosecutors over fatal shooting of Chris Kaba

The police watchdog has asked prosecutors to decide whether to charge a police officer over the fatal shooting of an unarmed black man in south London last year.

Chris Kaba, who was 24, was killed by a single gunshot which was fired through the windscreen of his car, after it had been boxed in by police.
