Miami sees ‘climate gentrification’ as wealthy investors look inland

Miami is one of the world’s most glamorous cities, but also one of the places most threatened by rising sea levels.

With floods regularly plaguing the streets, its luxurious beachside condos are becoming less desirable.

Instead investors are looking inland, to the city’s higher but also poorer areas, pushing local residents out of the market, and even out of their homes.
